“The Nike ACG Rufus Debuts New “Triple Black” Colorway”
The Nike ACG Rufus has transitioned from an archival oddity to a highly anticipated comeback shoe, recently featured in a SNKRS preview of Nike’s 2024 lineup. Following the unveiling of the initial tan and midnight edition reminiscent of its 2011 version, Nike is now introducing a brand new “Triple Black” palette for this comfort-focused silhouette.
In typical “Triple Black” fashion, the colorblocking of the shoe is evident at first glance, with an entirely midnight refurbishment of the kicks. However, subtle details add depth to the design, such as the starry, speckled pattern on the forefoot sole and the grey and “Hot Curry” accents on the textured outsole, emphasizing its outdoor performance capabilities.
While the “Limestone” Rufus is set to release in May, the release date for the “Triple Black” version is yet to be confirmed. However, when they do hit the shelves, they will retail for $110.
