The Nike Shox TL isn’t one of the most popular sneakers from the brand, but it has a devoted following. After being away from the spotlight for some time, the piston-cushioned silhouette has made a comeback in shades of grey and blue, just in time for spring.
Breathable mesh bases are reminiscent of the Air Max Plus gradient and are complemented by shimmering silver synthetic overlays at the sides. Curved structures around the heel divide up shades of light blue and silver to create a futuristic look.
Logos and other details on the tongue feature a darker shade of blue, but the grayscale finish of Nike Shox technology underfoot overpowers any semblance of the sky. It’s possible that this offering will lead the charge for a Shox retro run, but only time will tell.
